NDIS Support Workers
Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support to NDIS participants across Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Berwick, Dandenong, Frankston and surrounding areas.
- ✓Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or willing to obtain)
- ✓NDIS Worker Screening Check
- ✓Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
- ✓Flexible availability including weekends
Support Coordinators
Help NDIS participants understand their plans, connect with services, and build capacity to manage their own supports over time.
- ✓Experience in disability or community services
- ✓Understanding of NDIS framework and funding
- ✓Strong communication and organizational skills
- ✓Tertiary qualification in relevant field preferred

Essential requirements
- ✓NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- ✓Working With Children Check (if working with children)
- ✓First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- ✓Australian work rights
- ✓Reliable, punctual, and professional
- ✓Good communication skills and empathy
Highly regarded
- ✓Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability
- ✓Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services
- ✓Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- ✓Manual handling training
- ✓Experience with complex care or challenging behaviors
- ✓Lived experience of disability
